The owner grew up in the shadow of the Tula pyramids, built long ago by the Tultec people. His mother owned a restaurant in his youth, and it was there that he learned the trade and recipes for authentic Mexican food. His signature dish is the smothered chile verde burrito, but has many other great dishes such as carne asada, chile relleno, enchiladas, and more! Ole enjoy authentic Mexican food in a friendly environment.
