Hola Amigos! We have been apart of San Angelo for 45+ years and have continued to cherish and appreciate the love of our customers. Our customers become family over time, my grandmother Sara Chavez Garcia was the founder. She started Pops Bakery torteria with her husband Antonio Garcia in 1940. Sara was a hard worker but most importantly a woman of faith and importance of family. She incorporated love and quality into her businesses. Her daughter, Gina has been running the business now for 35 years and she knows every face that comes in. Come join us and let us make your experience like your own mother would cook for you !
