The word Tío (tee-oh) means uncle in spanish. In life, there is always THAT one in the family that is a little gregarious in conversation, totally adventurous when it comes to trying new things, and always daring enough to bring over the over-the-top foods to all the gatherings. That person IS the FUN UNCLE and our inspiration for this mexican-inspired, whimsical and delicioso restaurant!
