L.A. Taco Bistro was founded in 2018 by Chester native Kasai Smith. After living in Los Angeles for the better part of a decade, Kasai was inspired to bring LA to PA in the form of authentic Mexican cuisine with a soulful twist. Tremendous care is taken to honor the Mexican culture from which the menu is derived-- while adding a refreshing and soulful twist to create bold and unique flavors that will make you do that lil dance that you only do when you take a bite of something scrumptious!
