We serve straight up authentic Mexican food, not Amerimex, using the highest quality ingredients including fresh meats, never frozen. We use only USDA Choice Halal Angus beef, Halal Chicken, ALL unheard of in the industry. All dishes, sauces, salsas etc. are made in house fresh daily and all meals are made to order thus wait times for food can be a bit longer than other restaurants that serve food out of a box, bag, or otherwise premade but well worth the wait. All water cooked with and served is sediment and carbon filtered. Complete satisfaction is our goal at Orale.
