We are a local family-run business specializing in tacos, quesadilla, tortas, and burritos. Mijo's started as a mobile operation attending multiple seasonal markets, festivals, and catering events. Our menu is focused on a handful of Mexican staples; we subscribe to the belief that quality is more important than quantity. Our most popular offering are the barbacoa tacos! Mijo's also offers a variety of craft cocktails and local craft beer.
