We are changing the way Mexican food is presented in Hawaii, by offering the most traditional regional dishes made with the highest quality ingredients to transport our customers to a rural kitchen in Mexico or the beaches and fishing villages of Sinaloa. Tlaxcalli is not a tired "concept", we are the way that Mexican food is supposed to be prepared and served, Our focus is in our homemade tortillas that are the base for all the dishes in Mexican cooking.
