Growing up first generation Mexican-American, Chef Maria & Ignacio, showcase their love of their Northern Mexican heritage of Sinaloa & Guadalajara with their upbringing in the Bay Area & San Diego. XICA dishes & concept is a balance of elements: Feminine & Masculine, Refined & Simple, Traditional & Contemporary. XICA is a Gluten Free Mexican kitchen
