Good Mexican food done right. Everything done in-house. Aguas frescas made from scratch, our Mole Poblano is made daily. Hand made Huitlacoche(Corn Truffle) or Flor de Calabaza(Zucchini Blossoms) corn quesadillas. Enchilada and Chilaquiles sauces made here. We also make our own Chicharron for our guizado and tacos. Chiles Rellenos with queso fresco. We offer four types of fresh Ceviche & oysters on half shell. For our Siete Mares Soup we make a salmon broth with chilis for a slightly spicy taste.
