Family-owned Mexican restaurant serving authentic Mexican food with love and "saas!" What is "saas"? Good Question! Definition: Students Athletes Achieving Success Saas at its core is empowerment. It's that extra little oomph. It's what founder and owner, Ray Castellanos, gives to his community. As a coach at South El Monte, Mountain View, and even El Monte High Schools over the past 30 years, the word "SAAS" coming out of Ray's heart inspired generations of students, athletes, and families. Now you can get it in taco form. Saas!
