Kalaveras is a celebration rooted in great respect for the Mexican traditions of Day of the Dead. We pay tribute to the great Mexican personalities in Art, Cinema, Music, and History. We have a deep passion for Mexican food and drink, which is reflected in our modern Mexican menu. We showcase many traditional Mexican dishes such as our mouthwatering Molcajete, our house-made Chiles Rellenos, and our delicious Enchiladas de Camaron. From tender barbacoa to roasted pork belly, our cooks are masters in the art of braising.
