Don nachos café first opened its doors to the beautiful city of Solvang in 2020. A family owned and operated restaurant with in mind to bring great, fresh, and traditional dishes inspired from Jalisco and Mexico City. A few popular are the enchiladas, sopes, fajitas, carne asada plate, and of course the delicious pupusa. All dishes made just like mom and where the recipes started with a delicious twist.
